This production of Passage by Christopher Chen was cancelled due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The costumes were completed a year later.
My design was intended to show the difference between Country X and Country Y, through use of cool tones (X) and warm tones (Y). The shape of the garments for Country X are flowier and more oversized to accomate their spirituality and the jungle environment they live in. Country Y has a more fitted appearance, to demonstrate their higher status in a more rigid society.
